The Mind-Body Café Series of the University Counseling Services is a weekly program that provides students with research-informed skills to help them do well in college. In this program, students will learn about the internal and external pressures that can lead to stress; how to manage it through meditation and relaxation techniques and the role of positive thinking in resilience.
