The Mind-Body Café Series of the University Counseling Services offers weekly programs on topics related to mindfulness and wellness including the topic of sleep and resilience. This program reviews the current research on chronic partial sleep depreivation and the effects it has on memory, cognitive and physical acuity and emotional resilience. Reseach-informed tips on how to get a good night's sleep will also be offered.
